Ticket & Refund Policy

This policy applies to tickets purchased through soundplanetrecords.com for live events produced or presented by Sound Planet Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Purchasing tickets

Tickets are sold directly by Sound Planet Records. Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout. Completing a purchase confirms your order and reserves the quantity selected.

After payment, your tickets are available in your Sound Planet account under My tickets. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of plans, late arrival, or inability to attend.

Refunds may be issued when:

  • An event is cancelled by Sound Planet Records.
  • An event is postponed or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date (we will communicate options by email).
  • A duplicate charge or verified processing error occurred on our platform.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days.

3. Event changes

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed (including venue or lineup changes), we will notify ticket holders by email using the address associated with the purchase.

For postponed events, your ticket may remain valid for the rescheduled date unless we state otherwise. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within the window stated in our notification.

4. Entry & conduct

  • Present a valid ticket from your Sound Planet account at the venue. Each ticket admits one person.
  • Arrive on time. Show times listed on the event page are when the event is scheduled to begin.
  • We and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry for safety, capacity, or policy violations. Refunds are not issued for denied entry in these cases.

5. Transfers

Tickets are tied to the purchasing account. If you need help with a transfer or name correction before an event, contact us as early as possible. We cannot guarantee transfers on the day of the show.
